With a creative talent in gourmet food, Chef Bang-orn Malalek specializes in traditional Thai Culinary Arts made especially for food lovers. From the year 2006, Chef Bungorn has put her creativity to the test and created over 50 new dishes, traditional Thai dishes and desserts for restaurants such as ‘Sala Thai’, ‘The Square’ (International Restaurant), and new dishes for special occasions. Using her Aunt as inspiration and her personal interest in Thai Culinary Arts, Chef Bang-orn has continually developed herself and worked with many hotels such as Le Meridien Bangkok and Holiday Inn Bangkok.
