Chef Pornsombat Hanmontree

With extended chef experience since 1989, Chef Pornsombat Hanmontree has worked in a number of kitchens including The Ambassador Hotel Bangkok, Central Plaza Hotel Bangkok, Rembrandt Hotel, Century Park Hotel, Swissotel Le Con Corde Bangkok, and recently joined Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel as our Pastry Chef. Chef Pornsombat was also awarded a Silver Medal, Pastry & Confectionery “7th Culinary Arts Exhibition” by executive chefs. In 1994, she achieved the Employee of the Month award at Rembrandt Hotel and in 1997 she won the Bronze Medal at “Thailand Food Fair 94 by Thailand Chef Association” under Live Cake Decoration Competition.
