Global Chef Samarn Loychiam

Born in the upper province of Central Thailand, Global Chef Samarn has worked with numerous great chefs from around the world developing his culinary skills. With many championship titles under his belt, Chef Samarn has cooperated in many hotel openings including the Hyatt Rama Hotel and various five star hotels around Bangkok. We all welcome Global Chef Samarn Loychiam to Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel, Thailand who will be overlooking kitchen operations at all eight five star hospitals and the United Nations conference center.
